Refrontolo Passito DOCG is a sweet wine produced in the area of Refrontolo, in the hills of Treviso, an area famous for its winemaking tradition and picturesque landscapes. This wine is made from dried glera grapes, harvested by hand and left to dry naturally, following an ancient technique that concentrates sugars and aromas.
Refrontolo Passito has a bright amber color and an intense bouquet of ripe fruit, honey, apricot, dried figs and sweet spices. The palate is soft, enveloping, with a sweetness balanced by freshness and a pleasant acidic note that makes it a harmonious drink.
Perfect as a meditation wine, it is also an excellent accompaniment for traditional desserts, blue cheeses and dry pastries. It is an authentic expression of the winemaking culture of the Marca Trevigiana, a symbol of quality and artisanal care.
