Asparago Bianco e Verde IGP di Badoere is an agricultural product of excellence grown in the areas around Badoere, in the province of Treviso. This appellation includes two variants of asparagus: white, which has a sweet and delicate taste, and green, which is more aromatic and assertive. Both varieties are characterized by their crisp texture and fresh fragrance, thanks to sandy soils and traditional cultivation techniques. Badoere asparagus is hand-harvested and guarantees a healthy and natural product, ideal for light spring dishes. They are excellent either raw in salads or steamed or boiled, accompanied by simple seasonings such as extra virgin olive oil or lemon.
