Grandfather Mario fell in love with and chose this land lying on the banks of the Piave River to start the Nadal farm in 1925, which under the leadership of his son Valerio has become increasingly specialized, to devote itself, in the last 40 years, exclusively to viticulture. Valerio and his wife Diana are now joined by their sons Alberto and Enrico, who have married rural tradition by combining it with environmental sustainability, defending and safeguarding what have been family places for a century.
A sense of belonging and protection for the land, respect and care, have always been the distinctive ingredients of Nadal Wines. Also inherited from their grandfather is the guiding principle of “savoir faire”: like him, the grandchildren consider themselves artisans, and proudly follow the entire production process personally: from the bunch to the bottle! What has changed over time is the ability to protect the environment and enhance the vineyards thanks to increasingly advanced techniques and knowledge.
