Cepol is a word that encapsulates the tradition that carries our company forward as much in our day-to-day work as in the product we offer to our customers.

The quality and goodness that our customers find when sipping our “shadows” comes from the passion with which we care for our vineyards and, subsequently, the wine in the cellar.

We would like to convey the respect we have for our customers through our wine. This, in fact, is produced by following strict production lines avoiding contamination and performing annual analyses.

Mother nature has provided us with a unique territory, to say the least, where the Glera vine (commonly known as prosecco) has found its ideal habitat, being able to express itself to the best of its potential.

We, at Azienda Agricola Cepol, are honored to have this area at our disposal, and we will ensure that our thinking can continue over time thus giving as much respect as possible not only to the vineyard, but to the entire environment that surrounds it.
