Centro Veneto Formaggi s.r.l. is based in Cavaso del Tomba (TV). Its location, on the slopes of the Grappa Massif and Mount Tomba, makes us ideal interpreters of all the traditional dairy productions that originate in the piedmont pastures.

An arearich in history, art, traditions and passion for the land that we constantly try to convey in all the cheeses we make.
In 2017 we achieved a very important result by saving the historic site of Latteria Sociale Pedemontana del Grappa. This step not only allowed us to safeguard a plant that is central from the point of view of the history and production architecture of the pedemontana area, but above all it safeguarded all the traditional artisanal productions that had been made at this site for over 130 years. Now the commitment of Centro Veneto Formaggi is aimed at combining the ancient tradition of the Pedemontana Social Dairy with modern distribution needs, in order to continue to produce, age, refine, package, distribute, promote and let people taste the best fruits of Veneto’s dairy art.
