ASSOCIAZIONE INTAVOLANDO

What it is. Intavolando? It is a group of restaurateurs, who love to promote good food and traditional Venetian cuisine, in the area between Castelfranco, the Prosecco Superiore Docg ta Conegliano and Valdobbiadene Hills, the Montello area and the Piave River area in the province of Treviso, who have chosen this name to represent their work since 1996.

Intavolando means “to put on the table”; in fact, this is what such restaurateurs do: they bring to the table all their experience and professionalism combine with dedication and passion for their work.

But Intavolando also means “to initiate, to begin,” that is, to welcome and begin a true and lasting dialogue and relationship with all those who choose to enjoy the dishes prepared by these restaurateurs.

The menus of Intavolando are created on the basis of the desire to safeguard and enhance the products and dishes typical of the food and wine culture of the Veneto region, but also on the basis of the desire to deepen it and experiment with it more and more for continuous professional growth.
