CA’ BARLEY Bio Agricultural Brewery

Our beer is agricultural and organic because we ourselves grow the barley from which it is made. Following the organic farming system was the only direction we could take: we do not use chemicals, we do not use herbicides and fertilizers that are not natural, we apply crop rotation to encourage the natural fertility of the soil.

In order to have direct management of the entire production chain and traceability of all raw materials we control the maltification process, select exclusively organic hops, yeast produced in small quantities and use water from our own well. Our production plant is state-of-the-art so that we can guarantee consistent product quality over time.
