CA’ DONADEL SOC. AGR. of Donadel and Marangon

Our history has its roots in a time when the Veneto was a poor, peasant region, and the only certainty was having a handkerchief of land to work. It was 1815 when the Donadel family saw the land near the Zero River where we still stand. At that time we were sharecroppers of Count Marcello, then renters, then here, owners thanks to our parents, Teresa Marangon and Pietro Donadel, and Uncle Luigi Donadel. We are still devoted to the land, from which we learned determination and commitment, concreteness and hope, knowing how to accept and knowing how to build.

We work every day to have a positive impact on environmental issues, to be a transparent meeting place on food and cultural issues, and to rediscover rural civilization among values, traditions and evolutions. Because dreams are made of actions.
