In 1957, 31 winegrowers joined forces and founded Cantina Colli del Soligo prosecco wine producer.
These farmers were united by a passion for Prosecco, a vocation for viticulture and a love of their land.
Now thanks to company expansion and first-rate production processes, there are more than 600 winegrowing members and 1,200 hectares under their cultivation.
The grapes, Glera variety, ripen in the hills on an area that extends over 15 municipalities in the province of Treviso.
The harvest is manual and is defined as “heroic” precisely to emphasize the steep slope of the soil that makes man’s work difficult.
Sparkling wine is made by the Charmat Method and the versions we offer are many: Extra brut, Brut, Extra Dry and Dry.
The specificity of the territory and the harvest make Soligo bottles and wine sets a controlled and guaranteed designation of origin, DOCG.
