CIRVE is a leader in Italy in the field of viticulture and oenology research and training thanks to its team of qualified researchers, innovative Experimentation Projects, and training activities such as Master courses, Summer schools, Erasmus programs and International Workshops.
CIRVE was established by the University of Padua in 2005 to develop and coordinate basic and applied research and foster education in the fields of viticulture and enology. Its multidisciplinary approach integrates technical, economic and institutional aspects. Over the years it has consolidated numerous scientific and educational collaborations with university institutions and other national and foreign research organizations.
