CONFCOPERATIVE

Confcooperative – Interprovincial Union of Belluno and Treviso was founded on February 27, 2016 following the first interprovincial General Assembly held in Tarzo (TV), which sanctioned the integration of the two historic territorial organizations by bringing together cooperative realities of long tradition and strong identity. Confcooperative Belluno and Treviso represents the territorial emanation of the Confederazione Cooperative Italiane an autonomous national organization representing, assisting, protecting and reviewing the cooperative movement. Our non-profit association has 133 cooperative enterprises with 33,629 members and 8,984 employees.

As per its charter, our Union provides its members with a wide range of specialized assistance and consulting services aimed at supporting cooperatives in managing their business activities.

In addition, in order to promote the development of cooperation, it extends its action beyond the traditional function of union protection, directing it to build conditions useful for the growth and entrepreneurial strengthening of its members, with a view to the positive evolution of the local context. For this reason, it has been working for several years in partnership with member cooperatives and other public and private actors in the area for the design and implementation of projects, on public calls and local initiatives, with a view to competitive but at the same time environmentally, economically and socially sustainable local development.
