CONSORZIO ASPARAGO BIANCO DI CIMADOLMO IGP

The Consorzio Asparago Bianco di Cimadolmo I.G.P. (White Asparagus Consortium of Cimadolmo ) was established on May 9, 2000, and on December 14, 2019, the members voted to update the articles of incorporation and bylaws, placing the registered office in Cimadolmo, Via Roma, No. 2, at the municipal headquarters.

The Consorzio Asparago Bianco di Cimadolmo I.G.P. (Cimadolmo White Asparagus Consortium) was established to protect and promote the White Asparagus of Cimadolmo I.G.P. produced in an area encompassing 11 municipalities namely :
Cimadolmo, Breda di Piave, Fontanelle, Mareno di Piave, Maserada sul Piave, Oderzo, Ormelle, Ponte di Piave, San Polo di Piave, Santa Lucia di Piave, Vazzola
All producers in the area adhere to the Consorzio Asparago Bianco di Cimadolmo I.G.P.
