In the wonderful land where Prosecco is born, along the ancient and winding 120-kilometer route from Conegliano to Valdobbiadene, lies the brilliant young business of Sarah Dei Tos, a girl who, after obtaining a degree in Business Administration in Milan and a master’s degree in England, decided to return to her homeland, where she founded La Vigna di Sarah in 2010.On the beautiful hills of Vittorio Veneto, Sarah cultivates Glera grapes on 16 hectares under an organic regime, with which she produces different types of Prosecco, depending on the hill of origin and the time of harvesting, which for her most representative label takes place at night, to avoid problems during vinification, such as early fermentations, as well as giving greater benefits in terms of the quality of the raw material.Since 2014, the agritourism has also been built, on the hilltop of the Col de Luna hill, an area where guests can walk along the rows and discover the wonders of the territory.
