Colli di Conegliano Rosso DOCG is a red wine produced in the hills surrounding Conegliano, in the province of Treviso, an area known for its long winemaking tradition. This wine comes mainly from merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc grapes, carefully cultivated to produce a high-quality product.
The wine has an intense ruby red color and complex aromas of berries, ripe cherries, sweet spices and light notes of vanilla due to aging in wood. On the palate it is full-bodied, soft and well balanced, with silky tannins and a good persistence that enhances its structure.
Colli di Conegliano Rosso is ideal for accompanying meat dishes, such as roasts, game and aged cheeses, but it also lends itself well to moments of tasting and meditation. It represents an excellence of the Veneto region that combines tradition and passion.
