This early yellow-fleshed variety is the result of research and innovation consistently carried out by Kiwiny.
Created by theUniversity of Udine in 1997, through crossbreeding and successive evaluations, Soreli Gold kiwifruit have a pleasant appearance and a recognizable taste: the color of the skin is bright brown and the flesh is deep yellow (hence the name “sunshine,” in local dialect), while the taste is sweet and aromatic and has a perfect balance between sugars and acidity.
Yellow kiwis are rich in vitamin C, folic acid, fiber, potassium, calcium and phosphorus to the same extent as hayward kiwis. What sets them apart is a soft yellow flesh with a pleasantly sweet taste.
Harvested much earlier than other varieties, the taste of Soreli Gold is best enhanced when stored in the refrigerator and eaten fresh: the taste of sunshine meets the freshness of the fruit.
