Asparago Bianco di Cimadolmo IGP is a typical product of the province of Treviso, known for its quality and delicacy. This asparagus is carefully cultivated in special soils that make it possible to obtain a tender product with a sweet and very fine flavor. Harvesting generally takes place from April to June, a period when the asparagus reaches ideal ripeness. The white asparagus of Cimadolmo is distinguished by its regular shape, long stem and the absence of chlorophyll, which makes it more tender than the green version. It is excellent eaten boiled or grilled, often accompanied by light sauces or eggs. This product represents a local agricultural tradition, appreciated throughout Italy for its freshness and authenticity.
