ICA - Characterisation and Promotion of Sopressa from the Alta Marca Trevigiana<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"sopressamica-row\">\n    <div class=\"sopressamica-label\">Purpose<\/div>\n    <div class=\"sopressamica-value\">\n      <p>Pig farming has historically represented an essential element of the rural economy, giving rise to a well-established cured meat tradition, as documented by numerous historical and anthropological sources. Sopressa Trevigiana belongs to this context and is now listed among Veneto\u2019s Traditional Agri-food Products (PAT).
