In 2017, Walter and Arianna started their business with only 20 goats.
Today, the farm has 90 goats and produces a wide range of artisanal goat cheeses, sold directly at the farm store and local markets.
“Our philosophy is one of reclaiming nature and authentic flavors,” Arianna says, “we want to offer our customers a unique experience, a taste of Veneto’s dairy tradition. Each cheese tells a story, the story of our love for the land and animals.”
The company is also focusing on innovation, experimenting with caciottas flavored with spices, chili peppers, herbs and local wines.
“We like to experiment, to create new flavors and combinations,” Walter says, “we have tried saffron, hemp, and we are thinking of making a blue cheese as well.
